Hey @Kimberley Sewell, I have never used it but they definitely focus on the revenue instead of the home price.For example, on the main page, there is a place that showed up for me in PA for $397k.

My main focus is understanding motels and their operational dynamics.If you’ve invested in or operated a property like this, I’d love to hear from you.

It will be a byproduct of investing, not the primary purpose.

I think most people searching in a given area are not looking to prey they are purposely looking for lodging.

I'm not understanding the purpose of wanting to refi.As for the phone calls, look up trigger leads and how to opt out.

Do you typically have a separate bank account for each property or do you have one main operating bank account? 

@William J Anderson with anything, you'll probably want a summary/overview report and then another for a deep dive as needed.You'll want the summary report to be your go-to, preferrably showing month-by-month for comparison purposes. 

Like @Russell Brazil said there are general things that need to be in place.One that stings a lot of people is the main entrance door.

We try to go slow on purpose so we can listen more and give solid feedback.  

You can also partner up as well/have multiple people on the loan for down payment purposes!
