To find the best community bank, I would post in a local facebook group and ask which are the best local lenders to work with and ask for a specific contact.  

To get familiar with the area, network through local real estate groups like AZREIA, connect with multifamily brokers, and explore neighborhoods firsthand to assess tenant demand. 

Otherwise, the tenant will make excuse after excuse to buy more time as they fall further and further behind.To find an attorney, suggest you visit your local court and lookup the landlord-tenant docket to ID attorneys with the most cases.

As a General Contractor myself here in east central Texas, I can tell you that connecting with local GCs via Facebook groups can be incredibly helpful.

I'm attending local meetups too when my work schedule permits, but I want to do even more.
