If the bank is imposing some limitation on the buyer (e.g., it cannot be the borrower), then what you're trying to do may be to circumvent some limitation.

@Darrell Overly  there are certainly enough mobile homes in the area around phoenix (East Mesa/Apache juction) but your issue may be the age of the homes and any limitations the park has on renting.   

Compare that to Vegas, where rules can be restrictive and condo-hotels often come with sky-high fees or limits on how you can use your property.

SF has a limit of 90 days per years for AirBNB in the city otherwise I would keep it and short term it all year long.

So far I got only individuals with a rent limit of 1200-1600is it  common to let  2 - 3 individuals who don't know each other rent the house?

Find what will work for you and for your family and study it.
