Hi All, I've got a nice condo in Mission Dolores neighborhood that ever since the Pandemic we have long-term rented.

Most of the time, unless you bought many years ago or got some other crazy deal, primary homes don't make good rentals because you paid too much for them to ever really make any money.

AND, if you ever sell without a 1031 before you die you’ll probably end up paying higher taxes in the end.
