I'm looking for a team, an agent that with knowledge both on/off market deals/neighborhoods insight.....good GC, efficient and can accommodate multiple jobs and property manager with that is experience in section 8 housing.Appreciate hearing from you.

Obviously speak to a lawyer or someone with more knowledge, but I have heard of people leaving their FHA home before the first year is up for much worse reasons.

One of the reasons why I’m bullish on real estate investing is because I am more afraid of the “what if I didn’t invest” rather than the “what if it goes wrong.”Yes, I could fail and lose everything I started with, but I’d still be farther along than if I never started at all.I’d have the knowledge, skills, and lessons that only come from taking action.Every misstep is a step forward when you’re learning and adapting.The real risk isn’t failure, it’s standing still and letting fear hold you back.Take action!!!

Probably but it gives you zero cushion which you'll need on a Section 8 property Thank you @Caleb Brown for taking the time to respond to my post 🙏🏼 I think it’s in my best interest to continue to save and just keep consuming more knowledge in real estate investing.
