Why pay $2,000 more and then run the risk of damaging the kitchen table or spilling wine on your white chair and having to pay for a replacement?

We plan to provide all the HVAC equipment ourselves, so we need someone who is willing to install it.

I was being billed to repair and find replacement covers for 1970s style 4ft flourescent lights in kitchens. 

Roof, A/C, kitchen, bath, windows are all updated as of 1 year.

It doesn't work for everything but occasionally kitchen cabinet deals or if something is running over budget I can grab second hand deals there.

What happens if, after your contractor completed the job, you realize that you forgot to ask him to repaint the cabinet doors in the hall bath and install two extra outlets in the kitchen?

We usually stick to either refinishing the oak floors, which are very common in our 1960s Milwaukee housing stock, or quality LVP and LVT - especially for kitchens and bathrooms.

The kitchen cabinets were three different colors, so I knew unifying them would help visually.

Kitchens and baths are what sell a home so don’t skimp there.  

My build in Oregon have I dont know probably 15 to 20 windows in each house :)  kitchen tiny.. etc etc.
