I can guarantee you'll need documentation of lease, and rental insurance before closing on another home.

For me it’s been running toilets and the water/sewer line that ran underground (i recommend getting insurance for it).

Now I have to battle the insurance companies.

Basically insurance companies looking to relocate people who had to insurance  claims on their property and need a temporal housing.I’m curiouse to learn more on how to tap into this market and rent my properties to insurance companies .thank  you !
