You might try corporate housing by owner, or try getting in contact with some insurance companies for replacement housing, or traveling work-crews, etc. 

@tom shallcross summarized this well in another post and just inflate your numbers up for a $665k purchase price and $2300/mo per unit for rent.Borrow 80% which is like $3700/mo for Principal, Interest, Taxes, and Insurance.

There are many other sites you can list on if you are going for Insurance Bookings but in my markets or at least for the inventory I have, it hasn't proven to bring many leads.

A little tricky to use, particularly if your just looking for 1 thing like renters insurance or payments.

Insurance costs have been crushing cashflow on a lot of rentals as well - I've seen HOI quotes on $200k-300k houses come in as much as $200.00/month over expectations.

Florida and Gulf Coast insurance should be a concern. 

The triplex is much more popular with traveling work crews for specialists in the trades and insurance relocations, so if we were to do it again, I would probably worry less about making each room it's own rentable space and save a little bit of those costs.
