Too much debt and not enough debt is neither advisable in my humble opinion.

I'm extremely humble, and open-minded.

I have been humbled.

I have been humbled already in my experiences in that world although I thought from reading on here and listening to my landlord friends I had all the info I needed.

Plus, there is the fact that I would be hiring a general manager, and I am humble enough to learn from my employees.

In my humble opinion, DO NOT SPEND A DIME to a company that says they will teach you.  

Very humble to a degree but very debt adverse VERY.
