Hi All,First time looking into Section 8 investment property in Berwick, ME. What is the experience with this program - Pro/Cons, watch outs, etc?.  Is there $$ to be made as an investor? Thanks in advance

If I sell one house per year, it will pay for itself.

The stone elevation can be expensive but will really move a house quickly with the added curb appeal.Some things I like to add for not much extra cost..

This is a similar story for house hacking a single home and renting by the room. 

When entering the apartment, it just feels like a house full of squatters. 

Those houses could rent anywhere from $1,600 per month to $2,000 per month.
