They might have a bit higher crime or a bit more maintenance along the way, but I've not seen that impact my rentals other than a homeless person looking for somewhere vacant to sleep for the night. 14% COC is totally worth going over and asking that person to leave so you can get the property rented!

There is a local, old, dilapidated motel that no one wanting a hotel room would stay in that rents to the homeless and as transitional living/halfway house for folks that just got out of prison.

This house looks straight and solid with several additions but exterior it looks good (design) needs full exterior paint and finish and noticed extreme little physical repair. main house 2600' garage and adu 500' and additional 250' storage building.neighbors have been in the house and kept it secure from homeless and drugs. they say it is not torn out but the old lady never updated anything.

I feel as though know what I am Doing but the fear and its not in following it how to plan for the unknown, especially since I have my children on this journey and being completly broke, homeless, and Hungry is not an option and neither is taking a loss.
