Keep in mind that most people coming into this area are spending a lot of their time at the parks or in the pool, and that we rarely get heavy, all-day rains here that keep people stuck inside for many hours at a time.

Being completely transparent, heavy rehab work is too much for our tolerance level (both stress and financial).

We knew this risk going in and just left out cash in and are doing great with them, of course your a little cash poor for a minute but you'll be realizing heavy cash flow so it wasn't a big deal for us.
