They are sure to move on at the end of their lease term. 

I have some friends who have and have not looked back.

I have a meeting with them tomorrow just looking at what to expect.

You basically have no escape plan.

As for offering subject-to financing, this is something that can be advertised under 'seller financing' in our local MLS, and there's investors that search specifically for listings with that marked, so that should introduce your property to a new set of buyers that may not have considered it before.

A solid CRM helps track conversations and follow-ups, but at the end of the day, nothing replaces genuine, meaningful interactions.

At this point, I’m ready to have them removed(evicted) because they’re disturbing the peace but I want to do things the right way.
