I've never heard of an insurance company terminating a policy due to a police dog on premises, fact of the matter is they would probably be happier with that dog as a deterrent to other property damage and theft exposures.

It makes it easier when us wholesalers are working together I am doing to jv deals at the same time with two pretty awesome guys so far and I am newer to the wholesaling side but I have heard about a few very bad guys to stay away from just by word of mouth and also doing what you said back ground check .One question of subject how is the market in Houston have been looking to move between Florida and Houston the last few years .

I've heard that a lot of "wholesalers" bring buyers these awful deals that you can't make money on, and supposedly those are the ones who leave a bad taste in people's mouths.

When I attended my first auction I was babble mouthing about the loan amount on the property and the lender. 

No more foot in my mouth.

Also, if you look a gift horse in the mouth, don't tell the giver.

If your looking toanage it yourself it is a lot different and more worm than a typical investment property.Also since they rely strongly on reputation and word of mouth, they had to be heavily involved as the help/workers typically are not paid well and need to be trained to build your brand

At first I would recommend word of mouth recommendations if possible until you get to know contractors you can trust.
