We pay for our license, continuing education, NAR membership, state and local Realtor board membership, MLS, E&O, marketing, lead generation, websites, desk fees, gas, etc.And if you're thinking that we're making a killing on our commission, don't forget that on a 5% deal, that is commonly split 50/50 between the listing and selling office. 

Campbell's books and find that he and his RIEN (as in rien left in your pocket) network are a little too eager to sell you more books, courses, memberships, etc.I posted a list of Canadian books here a few years ago ...

We don't really have enough demand to warrant a skip trace membership, unless there is a reliable site that allows you to pay per inquiry-  Any ideas appreciated!

You might be better off that you learn more about  partnership memberships where you stay in control and just offer them income without being into working on the property's day to day operations. 

At this point I’m not finding the info I need or much  help, so the upgrade from current paid membership to pro doesn’t seem worth it.
