it's a tough market. 

Looking for both Real Estate Agents in that market and fellow Military who do RE investing there. 

Beyond that, real estate is largely local; in my market we are not seeing anywhere near those numbers.

Is your goal to use being an agent for your own personal investments or actively try and grow your agent business to eventually leave your W2?
