Cost me $800 to have the tree company cut it down, haul it off and grind the stump.

I must have done something wrong :) When I flip a certain light switch one outlet (with nothing plugged in) makes an electric buzzing noise for a half second and then the switch in the electric service panel for that section of the house shuts off.

We had the 1929 stock market shock last year and now it's time for the slow, multi-year grind to the bottom.

If you make enough noise, you will win.

-make sure all your a/c vents are propery sealed. this helps reduce drafts, moisture, dust, pollen, and noise.

I recently bought a duplex, I live in one side, three college aged men live in the other.The neighbor next door, has complained about the noise they have been making.

There have been no changes in flight path that effects this house but some of the comps are in mapped noise zones right under the flight path. 

I currently have 4 properties under my belt, and with a little hustle, I’ll have 6 properties this time next year.You don’t need to save, you need to grind.

It’s a fantastic way of immersing yourself in that way of thinking and keeping it at the forefront of your mind, even if the noise from work is very loud.

Question: what should I do to filter through the noise to find the qualified tenants and focus on getting them to come to the showings and apply?
