I know the importance of freedom and I really just want to not struggle financially and to use my income to help others and the planet.

When we started lending we didn’t know any better and ended up with the worst real estate attorney on the planet who said he understood private loans (I understand he now specializes in retirement plans).

We are all fighting for that location to be in, and many times the grass doesn’t stay greener there.

Storage is the most funadamentally sound mortgage backed asset on the planet!

If you start looking for "greener pastures" every time you get ready to close, and you end up not closing, you'll never close on a deal.If the deal is a good deal, it's a good deal. 

And even with all that stuff, I can safely say Storage is my favorite asset class on the planet. 

With all that said, a stabilized park in a good location is one of the most stable investments on the planet, so even though it may take longer and there can be more work, it is worth it in the end. 

I got the impression it would not help me borrow more money, because the debt stays the sameBy no means did I scour the planet and talk to every lender, so maybe you will find better than I did. 

If you open your eyes you will see how the American people are constantly hoodwinked to believing they are the greatest country on the planet when every fact and statistic available clearly shows this is not true by far.

I always think of SF RE as “premium currency” meaning once you start owning RE in this area you can afford RE pretty much everywhere you want on this planet with few exceptions.
