Rudy Curtler can we grab coffee or lunch?

As much as I was hoping to have an epiphany in college there was nothing that grabbed me.

I would be happy to grab a coffee sometime and talk about my experience.

I'm an investor in southern NH multi's and would love to grab coffee at some point over the next few weeks.

Here is my latest hijacked ad which I never even posted on Craigslist-they grabbed it from Zillow.

Your case of a 10% commission seems excessive but without more backstory or knowing what's common in your area, I can't be 100% sure.Go grab a few other opinions and see what's normal for your location.- Jake

The bathroom must have a 5' turning radius, the sink must be wall hung or open cabinet( 34" to top rim), the toilet must have the proper grab bars installed and at certain heights, the flush handle on the toilet must face the side that has the 5' turning radius not the opposite side.

Anyway, I'm in Round Rock and could grab coffee with you if you want.

I'm thinking about a family syndication that would allow the parents (my parents and their siblings) help secure homes for their children (me and my siblings/cousins) while giving the parents an investment return.My thought is, someone like me or my cousins do not have the capital built up to get a loan from a bank that does not include PMI so offering the "syndicate LLC" a higher return on investment for a short period of time while allowing the child better leverage to grab a house with the cash that the syndicate provides.
