A few years ago he was Dollar cost averaging, then  all about buying property in the bay area, then he was doing side hustles with friends to buy properties with negative cash flow, then he had a portfolio with a couple of momentum stocks, then he went to all gold, then has been selling some of his houses and been dabbling in all manner of stocks of development play miners, and believes the stock market is massively over priced.  

I paid a small local plumber 25 years in the business to to replace both inside guts of the top tank bowls for 2 toilets and flappers with chain.

I'm going to start going to county prison for leads😂 that's gold.

It's funny though if you read a lot of responses throughout random forum chains that people seem to for some reason have emotional attachment, based on their responses.

Literally every tenant in the mission, English speaking or not, old or young, now knows that their RC flat is a gold mine.

Most of my jobs have been transportation/logistics/supply chain related and I've come to a cross roads of either do it or don't start investing.  

Many are just daisy chaining deals together that other wholesalers couldn't get rid of at even higher prices.

I can't sell houses for 200k when it costs me 220k to build them.. so you have to build higher up the food chain where the $/sf is higher.

When you hire a national chain to get you a BPO, they are hiring out locals to go get the job done.
