I listen to every podcast and always glean some nugget of information or idea that makes it worthwhile. 

@Jared Kovall-Scarlett  you can load up on all the RE training cousre manuals buy buying them on E bay.. when you can afford it of cousre.. many have good concepts many don't work but you can glean a few nuggets from each of the paid for trainers in America... 

I say "lifestyle" because everything I have gleaned so far seems like this world must be an integral part of your everyday life and thinking in order to have success.A little background.

Hopefully, they all happen again and maybe you will glean something to add to your goals.1) Add 5 rental units increasing my portfolio to 18 rental units.
