I find the revenue to be more than enough so long as I maintain a certain portfolio size.I appreciate you sharing your though!

Is it wise to buy some units with high cash flow and low appreciation, and others with lower cash flow but high appreciation to diversify my portfolio?  

In your opinion, what is the most effective way to establish an LLC? Should each property be allocated its own LLC, or should one LLC contain all properties? Please share your thoughts.. Thank you for sharing :)

You usually pay less in taxes and you build your portfolio much quicker than taking that money out. 

Now I have sold Smokies properties in the past to 1031 into other investment properties to diversify my portfolio and some are selling for other "better for them investments".
