My biggest reason for getting it was the frustration of relying on other real estate agents that would drag their feet and not give me what I was asking for or give me comps on a totally different properties, altogether.

If you said wholesale because you need some 'faster' cash that's also ok.Just know that take all of those business models take laser sharp focus in each discipline to really get traction.Bouncing around business models is the sure fire way to get frustrated.

I grew frustrated with agents treating me and my rental investment business as one of the many clients and giving incorrect comps (which can change a plan from a quick flip to a hold (rental)).

I've found no fewer than 9 multi family dwellings that are ripe for the plucking but I'm so broke I can't afford a free phone call. by my estimates, these properties combined would net me $8,600 a month in revenue depending on mortgage payments. it is painfully frustrating to see these numbers and not have the knowledge to obtain the capitol to put them in my portfolio.

I wish AirBNB was as user friendly as VRBO.I don't go into AirBNB as often because it isn't as intuitive and maybe thats one reason why I'm not as comfortable using it since I get frustrated when I try and find items that are buried.I get most of my bookings and I get higher per night prices on VRBO.
