This is not meant to be insulting but given the above question on how to fill out a PA, I would strongly encourage you to get some professional help involved while you learn.  

I would imagine he meant to use realtors as one of many avenues to find available properties. 

They were still working on the house when they apparently felt like it, which meant that a week or more would pass with no activity.

No offense meant, but if you have to ask if it's a good investment, perhaps you need to spend some more time educating yourself before trying to broker notes.

I am not sure that this was meant for me (no reference) but I would expect to have positive cash flow in working class areas of San Diego county (B- to C- areas) on duplex to quad. 

I thought that C Class meant that the plastic radiator in your wife's BMW cracks and she feels safe waiting for AAA to come and flat bed the car...Westwood?

@Christopher BrainardHi Christopher,I don't think I made it very clear in the last post, when I requested "other recommendations," what I meant was other RE attorney recommendations that anyone may have some experience with.

In md, that meant waiting 180 days, newspaper ad, than court to get ownership.
