I usually clean it, and make sure it has the best curb appeal possible, whether with fresh mulch out front or with flowers to set the impression.The next thing is for any improvements, I have an outline of the improvements made, and the amount spent.Finally I try to come up with the best comps that match the property.I put that in a package and I make it available to them, without being pushy.Most appraisers appreciate it.

Remove,HOWEVER,If you can turn an eyesore into a feature it would be awesome.You could plant a bunch of climbing roses and cever that entire thing in bulging flowers of all colors.It would be very beautiful, and functional.The smartest thing to do however is to remove it simply because most likely the people that will buy your hose won't need it...
