I know that a lot of folks want to be more hands-on in properties they own and that this isn't a model that will be a fit for everyone.

I was fitting this into an awkward schedule.The Facebook group was welcoming and fun to lurk and read posts, getting a feel for the community.Contracts in the document library were great – but overwhelming (you’ll see this phrase a lot)This was a main value for me – hiring lawyers to write contracts without knowing potential pitfalls or where I could/could not protect myself was a major concern.These contracts are worth the price of admission and only available w/in community.These contracts cover Joint Ventures (JVs) between parties, Creative Deals and non-creative deals, WRAPs, RVs, Automobiles, Leas Options, Wholesale Assignments, Hybrid docs and more.I haven’t actually gone through all of them yet.Tens of Thousands of dollars have been spent refining these contracts and just having access to this library was worth the price.

I love my job and don't plan to leave anytime soon So I'm looking to invest in something that fits my schedule.

Even though they are the expert, you still need to ensure they fit you well.

Once you learn more about all these different ways then choose the best one that you believe will be the best fit for you that fits your lifestyle and will help you accomplish your goals.

Looking forward to learning some basics and evaluating RE strategies that are the best fit for my goals. 

If the numbers still don’t add up, it might be worth reassessing the property itself to ensure it’s the right fit for an STR.

C class investing, B class light value add, BRRR, etc... once you do that they will put the properties in front of you that fit your strategy. 

It was not a great personality fit, nor a good business relationship.Realtor #3: 4% sales fee - was very straight forward and objective.

It’s not huge , it’s a single car garage if that helps  9' shuffleboard table would fit a single car garage nicely, but be sure to dress it up the rest of the garage as already mentioned.
