Anyone have experience using Turbo Tax Premier to do their taxes having investment property(ies)

I am newbie in real estate and I don't have much experience in real estate. 

Those whose experience in syndications or in real estate investing started in 2011 forward have no idea what a bad market does.

Like any tool, you have to know how to use it correctly or you could get, "injured".We use it to quickly sift through multiple options - and that's about it.BP has a Rental Calculator that includeds everything you are asking about: mortgage P&I, property taqxes, home insurance and percentage for maintenance & vacancy.It also includes Cap-Ex percentage, but in our experience it's a waste of time to worry about this.

Now you are saying you have no experience owning/operating an STR, that's another hit.  

Every time you toss the coin, the experiment starts over. 50/50 every time.Not because you send out 3000 mailers does it mean you WILL make 1 deal.If you have a motivated (enough) seller in your list, sure, perhaps... but who told you that if you send 1000 mailers there is one motivated seller, in the mix, and if you send 10,000 mailers you have 10 motivated sellers in that list?

I have rented out this home short term before and have been successful but I don't have any experience with 12 month leases.
