As Wayne pointed out, a VOE verification of employment has the question on it asking the likelihood of continued employment.Next you have the ethical issue of saying that is your stated income knowing it won't continue;Then you have the legal issues, obtaining a loan by deception is fraud.The risk might be higher than you think.

Unfortunately the downs are the fees, you will have to have a broker and you'll need to make sure he's investor friendly, you will be held to a higher standard because you'll have t follow the code of ethics and responsibilities to the public.

I know it not the most Ethical thing to do but I go by home depot or lower and get three electrical heaters take them out of the box my self real neat and put them in and plug them up for temp problem call to get the heat fix, some time may end up being on Tuesday if it a part not in stock after they finish I place it back nice and neat in the box as I got it and take it back to Lowes or home depo.
