@Brad M.The majority of the mobiles I have been involved with have city water/sewer service.l hookups.I’ve had a couple with septic which were in more rural areas and they usually require a larger lot as Kendra indicated in the 1acre lot her mobile was situated on.Over the years I looked into purchasing a couple of small MHP(s) but they had lagoons and that can be a different management/environmental concern.
