Applying it here, think of it this way: if you knew how to make $10 million in real estate, would you spend your time collecting up $200 entrance fees from a bunch of people and then tell them about it, or would you just go and make the $10 million?

If you do have permission from your seller/landlord, and local laws permit your short-term renting, I would recommend you create a separate entrance to this upper level.

(Most of the 4plexs in Elizabeth, that I looked at are mazes) meaning.. for example behind the door for unit 3 had a hallway with two doors.. one door had an entrance to a 2 bed 1 bath with a kitchen.
