.- Buy with cash and only invest what you don't need for any emergency.- Build with cash and slowly for a strong foundation.- After 3-4 years, look at using leverage to speed up portfolio growth.- Always own 50% of portfolio with cash owned properties.Portfolio should then be secure and cashflow positive.Just my opinion 😁

This fluctuates greatly when starting out and it usually takes 3-4 years before I actually get around $15,000 saved up in each property’s account as a solid reserve for emergency funds.
