The video and stage guys are heavy on promotion and short on reality.  

We expect to close end of May; and the home is move-in ready (and currently staged). 

At what stage did you buy: in-process rehab or one that had completed rehab and was leased?

Michael, I believe it to be critical that an understanding of what communication, at what stage and in what form will be provided to the client during the agreement term.

Don't leverage to the max, be conservative.One is rented the other is in Final stages of build.

I would absolutely not sell a home in North Park with a 2.7% rate, ESP since you're cash flow positive at this stage.

By the time you have 1 STR running you should have a handyman or cleaner that you can trust, but in the early stages you have to put a lot of trust in a stranger if you can't do it yourself. 

Or are you simply in the preliminary stages right now?
