Account Closed Most of the Multifamily in our area DC Metro/Baltimore NOVA etc is off market.  

What we as agents do in DC/MD/NoVa, would largely be considered the practice of law in other states and not be permissible.

As someone who grew up in Nova Scotia, I love Atlantic Canada and want to build my business across the region, not just in my current city.

No, VA does not have a time limit on how long you must occupy the home, but you must intend to occupy it and they do have a time limit on how soon you must occupy it (30 or 60 days, I think).  

I also looked into Help-U-Sell, but it seems like they still get up near 3% total commission.Also, for those of you with properties in Western NOVA looking for services like this, Paul Thistle with Take 2 Real Estate does a good job.

When I bought my most recent investment property in NOVA a couple of years ago, I had my criteria and stuck to it.
