Consider emerging Sunbelt markets like Phoenix, Tampa, or parts of North Carolina (like Raleigh or Charlotte) that continue to see high migration and job growth, driving both appreciation and rental demand.

There are 4 to 5 houses on this private drive way which is paved like a street but is not maintained by the city and most if not all of these houses belong to family members in the estate.I have to concerns about buying this property and please fill me in on your thoughts and opinions.  1.

In Logan, Utah, there are many houses surrounding the campus that are zoned as college housing and allow many students to stay in the same house.

Collateral is valued using certified appraisers as opposed to "drive by" AVM values that the PPR fund relies on.I could go on. 

I’m in the process of setting up a google drive for my newly sprouted real estate business.

Our battery went out and our son had to crawl through a basement window but I doubt too many people could have done that, he was impressed by our increased security but didn't want to drive 2 hours back home so he found a way.  

We are already surrounded on three sides by urban zoned homes.My neighbors and I have been approached by two individuals, one is a neighbor who is a real estate agent, and the other one a friend of a neighbor, who works with a real estate attorney; both individuals asked us to join them in working with the 5-6 developers they have approached.

@Brandon Brown I have done this many times on buildings where it is required by code in Berwyn and surrounding suburbs.

You can really judge a person by who they surround themself with and their team were all great.
