Even if I wasn't ready to pull the trigger on an investment today, I would probably stash that money someplace simple and safe like a CD at 5%.

Save your money when ever possible and use the banks to stay safe. 

So I have 30 parking spots and really should have 60 spots to be safe for the type of business that is renting. 

I also see under SVC status (PS, PS, PS) there's three tenants, safe to assume they were served?
