If that's not what your desired outcome is, do not get suckered into doing the FHA streamline refi.So at the end of the day, you have options, but if your goal is to buy another property, it's best to walk through all your options with a loan officer who specializes in working with investors and these exact scenarios, and map out a gameplan not only for your current property and next property, but getting to property 3,4,5 etc so that you don't get stuck on your journey.Hope that helps and best of luck!

Just a quick clarification for all that put the weight in their feed back as the "EDUCATION". 

University Circle is a solid area, and homes in the Edgewater neighborhood are also desirable.

The neighborhood is desirable, so renting it wouldn't be difficult but it would be niche because of its size (4/3, office, dual living rooms, game room).

You may have to start in a less desirable area or a home that needs some work or is more dated to get started, even with the house hack.

A location like beachfront property or a desirable class A neighborhood.

But its in a less than desirable area so the bump in prices isn't going to continue - partially due to the high taxes those areas are seeing. 

I would suggest starting there and then seeing if an online tool is desired.

This chart basically shows me which City's are most desirable (can do the same with Zip Codes):Anything to the right of 0 means the $/sf is growing QoQ on average, and the height is the current $/sf of that market.

As background, it's a 1400 sq ft ranch in a very desirable area where homes typically fetch $500/ft+ after rehab or new build.
