I’ve got a few LLCs in place, I was just looking to confirm or deny what my property manager told me about my personal name on my note making it easy to break the corporate veil.  

But all the times I went to court and saw other landlords get their evictions denied, the two biggest reasons were 1) not delivering proper notice and 2) accepting partial rent. 

First, the bank has denied turning the water on for inspection or allowing me to pay for the cost to activate the water.

They can’t be denied of low income since their voucher is considered “income” to fulfill the rental requirements.

Any time you have a claim it is going to be review by an adjuster whos job it is to determine if the claim should be covered or denied.
