The option to buy a equipment that can yield a return, the option to buy rental property, the option for either myself or my wife to stay home with the kids, or even just the option to leave an abusive, negative work environment and not fear bill collectors.

Unfortunately, I just evicted a tenant this summer who bounced checks and I learned being able to transfer money into my account (with no option to deny payment) wouldn't be a good idea as it would delay eviction.

It just kills me when I see a west coast marketing rep talk about how they had to get rid of this provider or that one or they have to get on them.. that means a nice innocent buyer has been abused in a transaction sometimes to very big financial loss's....

@William Murrell I am actually waiting on two banks to approval or deny my loan on this property.

It will cost a bit more, but barring blatant abuse, never needs to be replaced.

You'll have to pull permits and the city may deny you.

You'll be showing up at closing and at that point you can accept or deny the loan.

Don't be stuck with there bills, tenants will abuse the utilities when landlord pays.
