My thought is to take a compiled list of property addresses saved in Excel and then run data scrape from Zillow and Redfin on each of those addresses, pulling the property details back into excel and into the appropriate table I have set up. 

.: As a contractor and flipper, I dont buy materials from retailers or online.

There are any number of Real Estate schools available to you, so choose the one that compliments your learning style, whether that be online or in person or a hybrid. 

Give them all the details, contact information, time lines, relationships, etc.  

You might want to do an online search for brokerages in your area that offer larger commission splits or a flat fee to their agents. 

If the price was right on Turn-key maybe, but probably more of the fixer-upper that can be leveraged later on for additional property or sold for a nice profit. 

I deal in multiple states, and it's a nationwide thing tbh. 

And the split is whatever you decide on. 50/50 is what a lot of people usually do.

The advice I would give as a lender are these few options if you both are on mortgage.
