The tenants were welcoming and quite talkative about what they liked & what they didn't like about their apartment, which was all great information.  1 of the tenants has been in the apartment for 10 years, another for 4 months and the other for 2 months - the last tenant took over the lease from her daughter in January and seems the most enthusiastic about her apartment. 

The property is in an estate and there is one daughter who myself and my lawyer are having a difficult time locating.

At the same time, his daughter was admitted into the ICU.

I got a 3YO daughter to take care and the time difference is killing me!

The lawyer that owned in was already living in Texas with his new house and lawfirm and kept this house till his daughter finished school. 

This happened with my daughter and her husband. 

My plan is to live in the home for awhile with my daughter and wife but eventually buy another and rent out the whole unit.

At least my daughters pms required it.

We have a son and daughter in law who lives near Cincinnati who just lost their baby a few months ago and it will be nice to have a place to get together and visit them while we are at the conference if they want to stop by as well after work to see us.I saw a fireplace in the photo!

Two months ago both of my daughters who are living with and financially dependent on me became pregnant.
