We dislike debt by nature  because we both grew up eating government cheese in families where money was always super tight, so our first instinct is to slay the debt. 

I wasn't on food stamps or eating government cheese, so I thought I had made a good life for myself!

It is not the cream of the crop, but with a little better management could be nicer.

That was a ton of fun, but all conversations were fairly brief (understandably) because there was so much going on.I've set up several keyword alerts and have started devouring the podcasts like they're my favorite ice cream. :) I'll definitely be reading the beginners guide and finishing up the UBG video course.

If I'm understanding what you're saying, if I go to my brother and say "Hey, would you like to open an ice cream stand?"

Going out of state as a newbie is trying to have your cake and eat it too, you give up your control but still think you can pull the returns of an active investment ... though there are plenty here that will try to sell you that fairytale dream of puppy dogs and ice cream, it rarely works out that way in reality.

And, which is your favorite cheese steak joint in Philly?

Buy an ice cream cone.

No skin off my tail any way you look at it, but the middle class and poorer aren't just losing the war, you're going to get creamed!
