Hey guys,So my 401K company says that due to corona virus I can take 100K withdrawal from my 401K and pay it off in 3 years.

I also don't think we will be seeing a large reduction in price for a while, as there is still a lot of money sitting on the sidelines from before the impacts of Corona virus were felt.

Dont get me wrong, I know that millions have already suffered indirectly by Coronavirus related fallout.

Due to the state of the economy with the Coronavirus pandemic, what do you see on the horizon that would be lucrative to get involved in, be it real estate, a business start up, creating an online business, investing in stocks, general investing, etc?

Especially now when commercial real estate is about to drop due to the Coronavirus.

My lender said that because of coronavirus, it is possible to choose to have the appraiser not go inside the units (I'm getting an FHA loan for a 4plex).
