For 3 years now, 3-flippin-years, I have been on this platform combating the disinformation of various degrees shouting from as loudly as they can that "THE END IS NIGH" declaring for ___(insert the reasoning)___ real estate is going to '08' style collapse. 

Then you’re using a chemical treatment to combat odors, while running negative air machines 24/7 until confident odors have been arrested before you move forward.The secondary catch with doing a full gut renovation, the inspection process is now a full view x-ray, with anything and everything exposed any time an inspector walks on site.

Market conditions and the FED increasing interest rates to combat inflation has not helped the scenario.  

What I have done to combat this horseshit is to own my houses in Llc's, then start a property management company that I run that contracts with the Llc to manage the properties, all tenant payments are made to said property management company.

Aside from being horrible tenants; always late with the rent, combative in nature and mean to the other residents, they stopped paying rent altogether in spring of 2019.

I want to combat that. 

With traveling nurses and workers to combat the growth of the city its a perfect environment.

So the solution to combat all this is to hinder a judge’s practical authority over your assets, so that they cannot circumvent legal processes.

Some tenants were combating mental issues and one of them made really loud noises at night and called the police.
