@Mags S.Prosoco makes several masonry cleaners like Sureklean. 

However a pm will have cleaners they use.

Cleaners are paid by the guests, cleaning schedules can now be managed easily online, stock ordered by cleaners and delivered through Amazon to the property, and inquiries responded to, all through a little system I built.

Yard has a fence gate which only allows a push-mower through.Any suggestions from you all in that area of ME for 1) a neighborhood lawn guy 2) cleaner 3) painter/handyman?  

I've seen cleaner dog kennels.And here's the thing, although this guy owns 35 properties, he is broke.

Also, the coin-op/cleaners is at the height of my focus now.For those who are discouraged, cannot "find" deals, or think that investors have picked it all up.

My main reasoning for disputing most of the fees (cleaning, paint) is that we left with the apartment cleaner than when we first moved in.

I can also provide info on cleaners, maintenance people, etc.  

Some are cleaner than others, but I haven't had many who were total slobs/turn offs.
