As for cleaning supplies, I equip the property with a full set of cleaning supplies: vacuum, broom, mop, toilet cleaning brush, scrubbing sponges, and full containers of multi-surface cleaner, floor cleaner, Soft Scrub, and toilet bowl cleaner.

We've been paying our cleaners time & a half to work on major holidays so I'm looking to find a solution that is less expensive and more accommodating to our team.Does anyone have a scalable solution to prevent guests from checking in & out on holidays?

Hi, I am looking for recommendations for cleaners in the Indianapolis area for an Air BnB property.

Keeping the power on is important for many reasons, but especially in the Summer to keep the house air conditioned.

I can't imagine a cleaning company agreeing to a different cleaner every time.

There are methods to easily insert the comforter if you have knowledgable cleaners and they wash and dry easily like sheets. 

It would be a painter that could give you an estimate on the cost plus I assume a cleaner if you hire them to wash the walls. 

I run into this situation a lot where owners buy a property and then they move out for some reason and want to rent out the property but unfortunately the property was not purchased as an investment and the income will not support the expenses every month.If I were you, I would look into a different strategy so you are able to have some positive cash flow every month.Have you thought about furnishing the unit and doing Air BNB, or furnished mid-term rentals?

They need to have a high risk appetite, they probably need to have a connection with and know the country.What I'd do specifically is go and live for a while in Buenos Aires, one of my favorite cities in the world and get to know people there (don't pitch right away).
