I just relocated to the Philly area from MId-Hudson Valley in New York and I'm really energized over new construction in the city, fine dining, cultural attractions, sports, charm, beauty (love Fairmont Park) -- it's so encouraging so see. 

We like it mostly because lots of charming townships surrounding the city of Tampa also I have a cousin in the location and it has a direct flight back to Kentucky for us to visit and vise versa.

It's close to everything yet quiet and charming which is an attraction for those wanting to live in the area.
