Can someone walk me through the whole repair process, I mean, If the bank accepts my offer, when to start the repairs, how much time do I have to make repairs(assuming 30 calendar days for closing)?

So in a 31 day month you need to give them the full calendar month and if you are giving notice to be out for March 1st you need to do it a few days before the end of Jan or they can stay the first couple days of March.In this situation I would keep them all as TAW but have them sign an agreement that states all the leasing conditions.
