After the dust cleared we had 1 yes offer for 4 lots, 3 back burner lots that we’re now working on closing, and one lady with the 12 lots we had to let chill for the time being 😳 and of course a few offended no’s lol this was in March of this year.

Unless you didn't run your numbers correctly and you can't afford one.2) You don't learn the management side, which then again some people may not care3) If your too hands off and don't have the right PM, your property may be ran into the ground or put on the back-burner, costing you big time.Generally, in a property manager, people want a few things.
