The contractor also quoted me $1,200 to blow insulation into all of the walls via a small drill and pipe system to avoid having to open the walls up, but I haven't gone that far yet.Looking forward to much cheaper heating this next season, and as others have said, electric baseboard heat has no moving parts, so as long as tenants don't mash their furniture up against them we should have decades of worry free operation.
