The book is actually a collection of writings from Wallace Wattles, Bob Proctor, Charles Fillmore (of Unity fame) and many other greats from the human potential movement.

This is addressed in Reed's, "Aggressive Tax Avoidance For Real Estate investors" book. I

Also the book is there when you are in the middle of a deal and need to look up an example.The forums are best when discussing details and trying to tailor something to fit your requirements.There is something for meeting people so a REIA membership can be valuable.

The book is called "How to sell your home in 5 days" by Bill Effros

Then I'm going to start evaluating what's out there and setting up appointments to go and view the properties.I've been reading a book I picked up over the weekend called Investing in Duplexes, Triplexes and Quads by Larry B.

By the way, I have been reading my brains out on every real estate investment book I can get my hands on!

In fact, that is one of the reasons I wrote my book, because this and a lot of other information simply wasn't available in any book I could find and certainly not in any guru books.

The book is a tough read.
